Monday night I went to an excellent gig at the Cornerhouse on Oxford Road. I’m at home in Manchester right now (so apologies for the dearth of live Scottish reviews), but this is the first concert I’ve been to since I got back. The Miserable Rich played an acoustic set in the Annexe of the Cornerhouse, supported by Thugs On Wolves.
I’ve been thinking again. Uh-oh, you’re thinking. Here comes an uncomfortably right-wing tirade about the welfare state. Well, breathe easy. I’ve been thinking about the way I listen to, and store, my music collection.
No, not that sort of leviathan. That one looks angry and scaly and dismayed. The leviathan I’m talking about is Leviathan - the new EP by The Son(s), released on Olive Grove Records on the 7th of May.
